Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation for any reason whatsoever. If you decide to cancel your riding lesson within 24 hours of the lesson beginning, you will be required to pay the full amount of the lesson as a cancellation fee. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in the dissolution of any further lessons and pony days until the cancellation notice has been paid. If you are any later than 10 minutes to your lesson – you will be expected to pay the full amount and the lesson will be cancelled.
